First Call

Insurance Verification

Insurance Verification

Mother teaching daughter about money using coins and a piggy bank.

At Whole Child Alliance, your first conversation will be with our owner and BCBA, who will personally take the time to learn about your child and your family’s goals. We’ll guide you through what to expect with ABA therapy, answer any questions you may have, and gather the essential details needed to get started. Once we have that information, our team will handle the insurance verification process and arrange your child’s clinical assessment, ensuring that the start of services is simple and stress-free.

At Whole Child Alliance, we streamline the insurance verification process for your child's ABA therapy by: Verifying your child’s ABA therapy coverage directly with your insurance provider, Reviewing your benefits in clear, easy-to-understand terms, Explaining any applicable copays or deductibles upfront, and Managing all required authorizations to ensure a smooth start to services following the clinical assessment.

Clinical Assessment

At Whole Child Alliance, your child’s journey begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This session, which typically lasts up to two hours, provides an opportunity for our team to learn about your child’s strengths, challenges, and your family’s priorities. During the assessment, we’ll review your goals, observe your child’s current skills, and identify areas where targeted support, including ABA therapy, can make the greatest impact. The results help us create a personalized therapy plan and schedule designed to promote meaningful progress and long-term success, all while assisting you with insurance verification.

Starting Therapy

Following your child’s clinical assessment, your BCBA at Whole Child Alliance will first meet with your family to review the proposed ABA therapy treatment plan in detail. Together, we will collaborate on creating a schedule that best supports your child’s growth while accommodating other therapies, school, and family routines. The treatment plan is designed around your child’s unique needs and your family’s goals, outlining clear skill-building objectives, individualized teaching strategies, recommended therapy hours, and measurable outcomes. Additionally, we’ll include parent training and family guidance to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to reinforce your child’s progress at home and in daily life. We will also assist with insurance verification to help you access the necessary resources for your child's journey.
